Brand new product that doesn't work

I just opened an X50 Ultra and followed the setup instructions. I let it charge to 65% and hit clean. It went three feet and said the main brushes were tangled. They are not. We did all of the support instructions including taking out the main brushes. This thing is no good for $1k. Support is a chat that sends instructions that I can find on Google.

Seriously send it in for the 30 day no questions asked full refund.... the products are dodgy and so is this company... im getting a migrane dealing with them for my refund and i only had the product runnin in my house for 1 month....

I opened and set up robot , and instead to charge it’s went to map, but he’s not going back to charging station , what should I do
