Keeps mopping carpet?!

My LS10 Ultra Gen 2 keeps mopping the carpet and I can’t figure out why! My carpet settings are set to vacuum, and the entire living room (including carpet and hardwood floor) are marked as carpet. Any suggestions on what settings I should enable/disable to get it to stop? I have a newborn and this vacuum has been a life changer for us, but it’s completely ruining the carpet and I’m getting tired of my socks ending up wet.

Try telling it to remove the mop heads on carpets.   If the carpets are thick the mop heads can still drag even though they machine lifts them up a little.   I have the unit sweep the full area then go back to get the mops and mop.  Takes a little longer but in my case keeps the unit from getting my carpets wet
