My Dreame is saying cleaning task completed after cleaning one room

How do we fix this ? Who do we call

Mines just randomly not restarting after it goes back to clean the pads too. It’s quite frustrating and I hope someone at Dreame can get this resolved asap.

Having the same problem on my first ever run after purchasing the new X60 ultra. Shouldn’t have to factory reset a brand new product for issues out of the box. It’s crazy Dreame can change $1400 that fails the first run cycle so badly. Do they have any QA department at all? Sounds like I’ll have to try and return this…what a downer.
