Vaccuum not functioning

Hi L10s Ultra support team, I have been using the L10s Ultra Dreame since Nov 2025, but currently the vaccuum no longer works, only can mop, please help with this problem.

I am experiencing the same issue with my Dreame X40 Ultra. The vacuum function is not working, and it only performs mopping.

I am having the same problem.   The mop works but the vacuum doesn't.   Help!

I see X50 ultra have got some issues while vaccuming, it’s not cleaning in standard pattern. Reaching out to customer service but the response is very slow as sloth.

I am not able to set up my 10 S ultra dreame home app.  It won’t configure.
