Aqua10 Roller won’t dock

My issue is I have programmed where carpet is and what flooring to be mopped.  And it goes on my carpet just going around aimlessly.   I have no idea why.  Any advice?

I see my dreame to intense for the kitchen but the mop was dry; water was in the tank full. I used to be able to see the water path in the floor.

I have a new L40 Ultra, it seems lately that it vacuums for short time and goes back to charge, then starts vacuuming again and then goes back to charge for a very short time
