Docking Issues

My vacuum won’t go up the ramp to dock. Ever time it tries, it tells me “automatic docking mode engaged”.

Has it ever docked?  I was having the same issue but it finally is doing docking.  Now I’m having an issue of it attaching the mops pads after it is done with the vacuuming and it is docked at the time.

Try attaching them manually first and set it up to go to through a kick vacuum then mop configuration.  The robot should detach the pads and leave them aligned, ready for the reattachment when it’s done vacuuming.  It should work after that.  I had the same issue but that cycle fixed it.  Now they attach nice abs easy every time.

Did u ever get the docking issue resolved? Mine keeps trying to dock runs up against it and finally gives up after a few tries. Ive cleaned everything top to bottom and still no luck.

SSDD same docking issues. Poor design.
