L10 dust bin

I have had this product for about a month now and I constantly get the same issue notification that the dust bin is not installed, when is obviously is. I have taken it out and cleaned it multiple times. Any recommendations?

I want to change my map. How to?

I have had mine over a year. No problems.

I have the same issue, sometimes I power it off and works, sometimes I clean the filter but I like 1/20 time very annoying

I received mine as a Christmas gift. Love it!  Functions beautifully. I live in a 90 year old home. First floor is entirely hardwood and they look great. I haven’t moved it upstairs to the bedroom area and probably won’t since it is working so well. I have had whiplash injuries and mopping causes a flareup. This is a lifesaver for me!  Upstairs I use my roomba which keeps it dusted and good enough!!
