[X50 Ultra] Matrix10 Ultra Does Not Self-Empty Vacuum Enough

We often find our Matrix10 Ultra (notably not a product option on this forum) pushing around pet hair, with the unit completely packed. It returns to the dock to charge the battery plenty, but does not empty the vacuum nearly enough. There also doesn't seem to be a command to initiate a Self-Empty. This is with a new bag in the dock.

Hi thank you for your question and please kidnly refer to the following:

Upon checking, the possible cause for Matrix10 Ultra not self-emptying vacuum enough is that the dust collection port or dust collection pipeline is blocked by hair or other debris. Our vacuum cleaner utilizes a dual airflow internal circulation dust collection system, which employs a blowing and suction mechanism to achieve effective dust collection. If you have a lot of dust, especially if it is a mixture, it can easily get electrostatically attracted to the dust collection port or dust collection pipe, causing a small amount to remain in the airflow pathway. However, this should not affect your normal usage. You may choose to regularly clean the dust collection port based on your personal usage conditions
