Carpet label / “area blocked”

After I labeled my master bedroom as carpeted.  The vacuum says it can’t get to the area because it’s blocked.  When I took the “carpeted” label away it goes into the room.  Can you help?!

Do you have it set to clean genius in that room? Or do you have it set to a custom cleaning method? If you haven't set the custom check to see whether you have it vacuuming or mopping or both or mop and vacuum and then vacuum. If you have it set to mop and then vacuum or just mopping it won't be able to get into the room because of the carpet. Also check to see if you have it avoiding carpet.
