[L10s Pro Ultra] Main brush issue and can’t submit for a repair

I purchased my model in July 2025. It cleaned my bedrooms twice a week. The dreame L10s pro ultra heat worked really well until the main brush jammed - it happened just half a year after purchase. At first I thought it was a very easy fix - after all, we’ve all been through main brush jam. However, this time it’s different. I’ve done all diagnosis and try to fix following all tips from ChatGPT. I also bought a brand new main brush to replace the old one. I still got the error message.Anyone ran into the same issue?

I’ve been using mine forever. Have cleaned 32,200 sqft. I’d say around the last 1,000 sqft it’s been telling me main brush error. It will run maybe 30 seconds - 1 minute then stop. Thinking about getting a new brush but don’t want to spend the money if it won’t solve the problem. Currently looking at vacuums without mops. The mopping part of robot still works great uninterrupted
