Mind of its own

My vacuum is set to clean and then mop my kitchen floor at the end. After it mops and cleans the mop pads, it drives all over the house for a couple of hours in a quiet mode, not vacuuming. What the heck is it doing besides wasting the charge?

If the machine is simply moving without mopping or vacuuming, it may have lost its GPS and is repositioning itself; alternatively, the map may be lost. The customer should check if the map is still on the app and if there are any notifications from the app.
