[X30 Ultra] No longer docking

When my X30 finishes cleaning it just stops. It won’t return to the dock and there are no error messages. If I request it start recharging from the app or push the physical home button it just tells me to pick it up and place it on the dock.

Dear customer,

We're very sorry for the inconvenience caused. To help us better identify and resolve this issue, we kindly request your assistance with the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Please ensure the base station adapter plug is secure and the base is powered on. Check if the on/off switch(refer to the piture)  on the back of base station is turned on and the indicator of base station is lit normally.
2. Please place the robot 1 - 2 meters in front of the charging base, then press the recharge button briefly and observe if it can recharge successfully. If it can recharge successfully, please confirm the following:
- The charging dock should be placed against the wall. It is recommended to leave 0.5 meters on each side and make sure there are no obstacles 1.5 meters in front.
- Please ensure that the charging base is far away from signal - interfering devices such as routers and TVs.
- Make sure there are no mirror - reflective objects (such as mirrors and windows) opposite to avoid affecting the machine's navigation.
3. Please confirm whether the LDS laser sensor on the top of the robot rotates and works normally when the robot starts working from the charging dock. Observe if there are any abnormal sounds or behaviors from the sensor.
4. During the process when the robot is  returning to the base station, please confirm whether the driving wheels slip, are stuck or trapped. If so, please wipe and clean the driving wheels to ensure their normal operation.
5. Please restart the robot if all above checks are completed, then test cleaning again.
6. If you've relocated the base station, please ensure the robot starts cleaning from the new base location.
7. If the problem still exists after restarting, please try resetting the robot . After resetting, move the charging dock to an open area and try cleaning again.

If the issue persists after completing all steps, we recommend sending the whole device for repair. Please contact us for further assistance, and we will help arrange the service.
