Vaccum pausing after finishing cleaning mop

Vaccum won’t continue the cycle to charging after cleaning mops, instead it pauses and it stays paused. This is been happening for the past 2 weeks. Is this happening to anyone ? What can I do?

Have the 40x ultra
Pad was getting struck had to go get it and return to dock.  
I decided to change the pads, wipe all sensors, took back to dock to have. Been charging for 3 days won’t come out.  Says it off line. Changed position of the plug still not working.  Suggestions to get working again.

I would probably try to reset the machine and start over to see if it resolves your problem.

Confirm that the robot is running the latest version.
2.
Check if the robot's charging contacts are dirty or have stickers on them; clean the charging contacts.
3.
Power off the base station, then wipe the base station's charging window and check if the base station's electrodes are rebounding normally.
4.
Restart the robot and reassign the task
If the issue persists after these steps, please collect abnormal screen recordings and actual scene photos, escalate to aftersale team.
