Laser distance sensor error

I have cleaned the laser area many times. Nothing is obstructing it. This vacuum is only a month old. What can I do besides clean the lasers?

Me too!  Just started happening.

Three months of it working perfect. Now it freaks out. Same, nothing is blocking any sensors. Mine won't dock itself anymore. Gets right by it and it tells me to dock it. Lol what!?

Mine says the same thing.  It spins in circles in one spot until the battery dies.

My vacuum is a new unit. It mapped the floors good but couldn’t dock itself so I have docked it. For some reason it will not charge? My phone tells me the charge is at 7% and the charge request fails!!
I have adjusted the vacuum every way possible but still no luck charging? Yes, power is plugged into a live socket! This is a brand new unit!

This has to be something with the most recent update.  I have cleaned and cleaned the sensor and there is absolutely nothing stuck!  Has anyone found a remedy yet?

The recent update is ridiculous.  Who’s laughing to the bank ? Certainly not the devs ,  maybe the suits need to beta test ones with their own wife’s approval prior to release,  this paper weight says claims cleaning completed like my dog couldn’t have done a better job.

Why does she keep mopping when mop pads are dry?
