SIDE BRUSH PROBLEM

Hi guys. Did someone experience the same problem? Yesterday everything was working just fine. Today side brush is making clicking noice. The brush is clean. Vacuum is like new and was purchased few months ago.

Noise from the L40 Ultra side brush may be caused by the following reasons:
1. Side brush deformation: After installing the side brush and starting the machine, if abnormal noise occurs during operation, check if the side brush is deformed.
2. Side brush entangled with foreign objects: If the side brush or main brush is entangled with foreign objects, inspect and clean them.
3. Side brush motor or main unit motherboard issues: If the above troubleshooting steps are ineffective, the problem may involve a faulty side brush motor or main unit motherboard. Contact customer service for further assistance.

WELL WE ARE TALKING ABOUT 3. You cannot rely on your product. It’s barely 2 months old. We will see how you will fix the problem   I do not wish to have a repaired unit. This unit is brand new to be fixed. I need a replacement

I ran my brand new unit for the 3rd time ever this morning and now it's making screaming sounds and clunking around noisily! I'm with you! I want a new one!
