L50 Ultra-mop and brush arms not extending

Hi.I've had this robot mop/vac for 2 weeks. When I first got it, the arms extended as expected; however it has stopped doing that. I have the AI-driven SideReach and AI-driven MopExtend set to "on,' the mop extention for gap cleaning "on," and the frequency set to Intelligence. It never extends either one now--not when going under cabinets nor when cleaning corners, and not when going along edges. It just mops right where it's mop pads are. Any ideas?
