Robo is not going to base

Same, I just got it and it never finds the base. It’s ridiculous

I am also having  this issue and it's recent.  I've cleaned the ramp and the wheels thoroughly, the problem persists.

I had another brand of robot recently and similar issues occured after a firmware update. No wonder if this is the same.

For me, I realized I’d turned the switch in the back of the base off rather than on. Once I turned it on, the bot was able to find the base. You all may be experiencing a different reasoning behind it not returning to the base but double check to ensure you didn’t flip the switch into an off position.
