Roller ball assembly

Roller ball assembly has broken and need a replacement part. Unsure how to order if possible. And then remove old one and install new one.

The carrier for the universal wheel on my 10 plus broke.  I had to send the entire machine back to Dallas, TX for repair.  It took 2 wks to get back.  It was fixed with a new wheel assembly.  Sadly the machine was filthy with dirt and other debris.  Also, the box I used was a new OEM box, but, the one I got back was badly beat up and also dirty.  I believe if the wheel breaks again, I will buy a different brand.  This was too much of a hassle and they handled the property very poorly.
