Water leaking from base

My device continues to leak water inside the base where the mops are cleaned. The water is excessive and I don’t know why it is doing this. Puddles of water dripped down the base to the front.

We are having the same issue and it still does it even when you turn off the mop function

I have the same issue and my floor is getting ruined. This is an ongoing issue with this model. They should issue a recall. I need to lift the entire dock and clean several times when in use.
