Continues to be a giant pos

Can't believe you guys charged $1200 for this POS only for nothing to ever work or stick. This thing can't empty itself to save it's life. I even spent an additional $50 on an upgraded roller for hair. Nope. Same old piece of s***. Heaven forbid I try to do ANYTHING in the app such as separate a room or try to use the widget features...nothing ever submits to the server. Nothing ever changes. You guys are fkn crooks for real. I have a feeling this company did their lil cash grab for a few million and are out. I hate this timeline so much.

They took mine to fix it an issue with the robot not spraying any water when mopping because the Robot is was not filling up with water,
They had the robot in their posiession for over a month
Then they finally send it back only to find they kept the magnetic pad and cloth
It took another 3 months to get the pads mechanism back
I test the Robot to see if they fixed the issue, nothing was fixed, it's still not spraying any water
This company is a scam
