Has a hard time getting home

Hi, I was wondering if anyone else was having the same issue as me. After the robot did its first mop, it slides from the ramp when trying to enter home and clean the mops or empty the filter when vacuuming.

ONE of the  reasons I am about to  put ALL  of this FANTASTIC  dreame x50 ultra BACK into the BOX  and get my money back  !!!!
