How do I stop L50 Ultra from hurdling?

The chairs in my house have legs that the vacuum always gets stuck in. It hurdles and will get inside but then it gets stuck every time it vacuums and I have to go over and lift the vacuum out. I don’t have any spots in my home where the vacuum needs to hurdle or go over thresholds so how can I turn it off? Thank you!

I bought the same modle and it cannot go back to the charging station. How did you fix that?

May be setup no go zone for that area and clean manually? Better than rescuing the robot every time.

I have the same issue. You either set a no go zone, and then manually clean, or do what I do and just set the chairs up every night
