[X40 ultra] Auto empty function not working

Hello all, has anyone come across this issue where the dust is not being pumped into dust bag. I see the pipe is clogged. I took out the debri and it didn’t seem like dust ball would be blocking the passing of dust from bin to bag. The bag has no dust in it, the bin is empty, the filter was replaced. I didn’t find any videos on how to clean the passage between bin and dust bag.

Prep the Station: Power off the base station and unplug it before attempting maintenance.
Remove the Bag: Open the drawer and remove the dust bag. Clean any fine dust behind the bag area.
Clear the Suction Path: Locate the suction port (where the robot connects to the dock). Inspect this area for hair or debris dams, as a "hair mat" can block the flow.
Clean the Base Inlet: Use a long, flexible brush or a vacuum cleaner to clear the suction channel. If the blockage is severe, you may need to reach inside to pull out packed debris.
Check the Filter/Door: Ensure the small door through which dust passes into the bag is not jammed. Some users recommend clearing the filters in the base unit, including checking for build-up on the mesh screens.
Deep Clean: Wipe down the docking area with a damp cloth to remove fine dust, but do not use detergent. Reinstall the bag, ensuring it sits perfectly in the track
