L40 ultra washboard not working

Has anyone had the washboard fill with water? I checked the washboard, cleaned it, cleaned the water lines, and then noticed one side of the washboards mop pad brush wasn’t turning. Anyone had this problem? How did you fix it? Does Dreams replace the part?

I had this issue, so I cleaned it manually and removed all the gunk. Now it stays dry and clean after every use. I feel like every device needs a little TLC to work properly — they do so much for us, so it’s only fair we take care of them too 😄

Make sure the waste water container is closed tightly. The pump can’t suck the water from the tray if the bucket is not sealed
