GoVac 300 Kit

Just purchased the GoVac 300 Kit and if I hit start recharging on the app, the robot cannot find the docking station. I tried putting it directly in front of the charging station and even tried doing this with the robot on the charging station.

I lost connection with the AP & robot.  When I try to reinstall it asks for a password for the vacuum.  I only have a password for my personal WiFi.  Where would I find this password

My brand new X50 has been busy mapping and doing a good job of that, but cannot find its way back to the dock to recharge , no matter what I do.
