Robot can’t find dock to charge

Just paid an astronomical price for a robot that can’t find docking station to recharge. Any suggestions?

Same for me I just received an x60 ultra that can’t charge

I thought I was crazy because I couldn’t figure it out. But the on/off switch is opposite. Once I realized, it charges. I’m impressed with the mapping of the house, it did a great job and so far no complaints . Slowly learning the app. Since I got it I love it so far!!

I have huge regrets over buying this product 😡

If you move the charging station from when you first set it up just place it back in the charging station and run it again. I had the same problem when I moved my charging station foot over but placing in the charging station and then running it fixed it. I am loving this thing.
