Screeching noise

I have the Ultra 50 Dreame and it screeches in every mode, I have done all the trouble shooting advised by the Dreame Team. Nothing has worked…any one else have this issue?? I have missed the return window  to Amazon, so now I’m stuck with this noise making machine 🤷🏼‍♀️

I have the L40 and mine has a similar issue (and a lot more). I've been working on diagnosing it, and I think it has something to do with the roller being not lubricated or the extended brush being the same

Mine makes a very high pitch squeal.When cleaning the pads

Mine is doing the same- 2 months old., I think I isolated it to the front wheel. When I pop the wheel out it doesn’t make any noise when spin. I used compressed air to blow out the little bit of lint buildup that was in it. I don’t see any way of lubricating it where lubrication needs to go,  The bearings are inside and I don’t see a way that you can take the rubber part of the wheel off to get the bearings. It’s so annoying to listen to this squeak the whole time for hours no peace.
