Mine is 50/50 on making it successfully back in the charging base.

Mine as well.  They are having me send the whole thing back so they can see what’s wrong. Sent me a prepaid shipping label and I will
Send it back. Just seems like a hassle for spending $1500. X40 ultra

Check the pivoting front roller for security. Mine fell off. I did not notice right away. Found the wheel in the bedroom. Reinstalled and it parked correctly.

Make sure the power switch on the station is on and the base is plugged in all the way.

My L 40 ultra was behaving this way, and I ended up having to reboot it, but even then it only worked correctly for about two weeks.

Mine died on the way to the dock and now it won’t charge, I tried placing it directly with no luck and then put it right in front of the dock and sent it to recharge on the app but all it does it go around the house in circles, I don’t know what to do

It sounds like the robot may not be making proper contact with the charging dock or the charging sensors could be dirty. Try cleaning the metal charging contacts on both the robot and the dock with a dry cloth and ensure the dock is securely plugged into a working outlet. Manually place the robot on the dock and leave it there for at least an hour in case the battery is fully depleted. If it still doesn’t charge reset the device or remapping the home may help. Otherwise, it could indicate a hardware issue with the battery or dock, and contacting Dreame customer support for service or replacement would be recommended.
