Vacuum not working properly

I have an issue with my vacuum. It is not picking up dust properly even when I set it to maximum power. It throws the dust and dirt many times instead of sucking it in. I like the mopping function, but the vacuum is not recommended at all because it’s not working well.
Please advise how to fix this issue or how I can submit a service request.

Open the app, on the bottom far right is "Me" click on it. There will be an option for "Repair Service" and that could be how you submit it for repair.

If you can upload a video of your vacuum and open up the dust bin inside the vacuum and show the brush in the video as well I could watch it and see if I can give you any suggestions on what to do. Just put the link here or send me a message.

Had the same issue and customer service couldn’t help ended up sending it back.
