X50 gets stuck on dock.

My x50 seems to have started getting stuck in the dock, the pads dont retract or they're getting stuck. Its also having trouble docking will try 3 times and give up. I've cleaned and maintained the device,  changed the pads, cleaned the dock.

Please let me know if you find a solution. My x50 is doing the same. Check the forum, everyone is complaining about this.

My L40 is doing the same thing.  It keeps trying to dock but fails.  I have to turn it off and on several times and manually dock it to get it to work.  Let us know what you find works because it is a pain.

I have the same problem, The  robut tries to dock is rejected then tries again. It simply cannot recharge. You'd better find a solution

Having the same issues, mop is useless atm.

Same issue here with X50! I'm very frustrated at the moment.
