WONT RETURN TO DOCK CANNOT FIND IT

Jesús Christ. Is there an easy way to get support here? My x50 ultra isn’t returning to dock. It can’t find it. I have tried it all including what the troubleshooting says in the MANUAL. The mop pads have now started to fall off and not be detected. Ongoing issues 2 months now!

What do I need to do to get this X50Ultra to mop the floor along with vacuum “mop and vac” I set it on mop and vac but it only vacuums??
