Not working

Any one know how to fix this problem . My robot vacum keep standing in 1 place

It went back to base shut off . Says offline . Set it up goes online but won’t turn on.

My robot is always showing offline

I have got same issue, reached out to the customer service after few procedures it was declared that my vacuum motherboard malfunction is the reason behind its behavior. So they asked to ship the total equipment to test it.
