Washboard water level abnormal

When I have me robot do a scheduled clean overnight, it never finishes the clean, because I get an error message that says the washboard has an abnormal water level. What can I do about this?

New user of the Ultra 40. Mapped the first room but when I thought I was adding a 2nd map it added the new space to the 1st room. Very confusing. How do I fix this?

I can’t find any info in the manual on how to map my home. Can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks!
