Region Lock

Bought a second hand L40S Ultra, and got a region block.
Can someone help? Or it is just a heavy brick?

I bought the Dreame L40 ultra Gen 2, from Colombia, Amazon US and I have a regional lock I can't use the vacuum cleaner, how do you create a device that will block its use in certain regions? Are you selling or renting it? I'm totally disappointed with Dreame
