LS10 Isn’t emptying

When the robot empties, there’s no suction and didn’t empty into the dust bag. Why would this happen?

Mine won't empty to the bag. I have been emptying the dust container for over a yr. The sweeper will not stay charged, just charges then runs n abt 5-10 min it will go back to charge. Never get a complete cleaning. Won't buy another Dreame.
