Not working

Hi, I had the bad idea of asking my robot vacuum to remove some salt that had fallen on the ground, but I guess it both washed and vacuumed the area. To make the long story short, the robot stopped working since then, so I removed it from the app and tried to reconnect it back, after I tried to clean it, dry it, unplug it. Now, it turns on, seems it's recharging, however it doesn't respond to the commands, and no voices comes out of it, so I can't reconnect it in the app. What do you think I should do? Trash it, bring it to assistance, anything else?

Go through the app and contact customer support. They can advise you. When I had a problem with mine, they were very helpful. Sent it in for repair, got it back. Works great. The only problem is that when you send it in for repair, you will lose your map and programming in the app and will need to remap and enter your cleaning schedule again. When it goes for repair the company does a hard reset
