My robot has stopped emptying the bin.

My robot has stopped emptying the bin, it will say start auto empty but it doesn’t work.

We are on our second robot. If you are within the warranty- contact them- and they will ask you to, unfortunately, send the ENTIRE unit back. 97% of the time they will cut you a check for another.
My original was having issues (seemingly out of nowhere- even after cleaning and replacing) with the mop connection.
I contacted, got myself a box, and within 2 days i had an email from them simply saying “sorry for the inconvenience, unit cannot be fixed. Please accept this amount on behalf of Deam.”
I got mine on sale, they cut me a check for 160$ more than what i paid. I bought the newer version and haven't had any issues.
KEEP THE NEW BOX!! Eventually they'll all crap out. Its nice that If your in the time frame - they'll replace the old with a new or cut you a check!

Or before going through all that, take your collection bag and see if something maybe stuck- might need to be replaced. Definitely clean and check all the little ports
