Wheels not in contact with floor

Our vacuum keeps saying wheels are not in contact with the floater, clean cliff sensors and start again, but it will not work no matter what we do what is the problem?

Ours is saying the same thing

Did you get a resolution? Mine started doing the same thing

Just a bad product.  Not recommended.

Don’t buy it they’re not gonna give you support when you need it. You buy it in less than a year. It’s gonna break and they’re gonna tell you they’re not gonna replace it or give you a refund when it’s clearly the manufacturer issue that you’re  having Your support is very unacceptable for a machine to break less than eight months because of a manufacturing issue and I’m being told that they’re not able to do anything is ridiculous when you’re spending thousands of dollars on a machine
