Firmware update?

How do I get the latest firmware installed on L50 Ultra. Still shows 3276 and auto updates are on.

Same! I looked online and there doesn't seem to be a way

To upgrade the robot firmware, please follow the steps below:

1.Confirm the robot status
Make sure the robot is turned on and charging on the dock.

2.Check the Wi-Fi connection
Make sure your home Wi-Fi connection is stable so the firmware can update properly.

3.Open the robot plug-in
Open the robot plug-in on your mobile device and go to Settings.

4.Start the firmware upgrade
In Settings, select Firmware Upgrade to begin the update.

5.Check the indicator light
During the upgrade, the button light on the robot will flash quickly to indicate the update is in progress.

6.Ensure sufficient battery level
Make sure the robot battery is above 15% before starting the upgrade.

If the upgrade fails, please also check the following:

1.Battery level
If the battery is low, the firmware upgrade cannot be completed. Please ensure the battery is ≥15%.

2.Wi-Fi signal
Weak or unstable Wi-Fi may cause the download to time out and result in upgrade failure. Please ensure the robot and dock are placed in an area with strong Wi-Fi coverage.
