CE model detergent hopper

I just received my unit today and there isn’t anywhere to put detergent like in all the videos I’ve seen. Can cleaning solution be added to clean water? Can you by the detergent hopper separate?

The instructions on my l40s ultra say you can either put it in the water or in the dispenser down by the disposable bag

If you got the gen 2 Dreame went cheap and stripped that feature out, mix it in with the clean water

Can I use Murphy oil
