Kitty littet

My vacuum won't pick up the loose cat litter on my bathroom floor, is there a setting I can use to fix that? I've had to go in and use my regular vacuum after the robot

Increase suction to intense & deep clean it will slow down the pass & do more passes...I kept seeing cat litter and  hair my hair.. I did this adjust & it works way better!!! I also.use a smaller sand likel cat litter bc of the tracking issues.. fresh step  odor shield as it's finer not gravelish.. hope this helps!!! Last edited by IG648929 on 2026-5-24 13:32

Hi there, sorry for the inconvenience. Please first check whether you can feel air blowing from the outlet while the robot is vacuuming. If airflow is present, we recommend cleaning the dust bin and filter, increasing the suction power, and running multiple cleaning cycles to improve pickup performance for loose cat litter. You can also refer to this video for additional tips: https://www.instagram.com/reels/DBx6J0suHX7/

If there is no airflow or fan sound during vacuuming, the fan system may be abnormal and the device could require service. If the issue still persists after troubleshooting, please contact support.na@dreame.tech for further assistance.
