Robot got wet, will not turn on

I have a dreame L10S ultra gen 2. The device vacuumed dog poop. I turned it upside down, removed the roller but still needed some water that i added to remove all the poop from the inside. The device will not turn on now. I am letting it dry for a few days before trying to restart it. Has anyone been in a similar situation before?

That’s a reel shi**y situation.  

No advice on the robot but as someone with pets, I do a sweep of the house before I set it out. I pick up cat toys, phone wires, bags and boxes shoes. Etc. Why didnt you see poop?
