My robot continues to prompt that the wheels are not in contact with the floor or the robot is stuck. We’ve cleaned it fully, proceeded to do a hard reset. It works for a moment but then stops and say the same thing

is it possible to get robot only except for docking station? robot ran over my dogs poop and can not be used no more. I dont know what to do. this is x60 max ultra model.. so disapponinted it could not dodge it.. ago in regard to my robot constantly states the wheels are in contact with the ground and no one has assisted me. Any chance that someone can assist? Or is customer service really bad?
