L20 Scratching My Hardwood

Since we got the L20 new the vac makes a scraping sound as if it is dragging something whenever it moves, it is making fine scratches in the hardwood. I have checked the pad and the rear roller wheel they don't seem to have any issues. Is this normal for a L20?

I am also having this problem and I haven’t even had this thing long. Hope they reply with a fix.

Have you removed the spinning wheel to make sure nothing is stuck in it? Mine has done this a few times. Every time it’s because something has been stuck in it

I’ll check it again maybe it is sticking.
