Robot will not dock

Just bought it and it will not dock or charge. It goes around in circles and will not find it. I have even reset it and I have cleaned all the sensors It's brand new I haven't even used it yet!! $1000 for a vacuum that won't work?!?!?

Mine did this and discovered the plug wasn’t all the way in.

Mine did this last night only to realize there is an on switch on the back.
