wheels are not in contact with the ground please reposition the robot and start it again.  What should I do about this? I've tried everything: rebooting, resetting to factory settings, replacing the scanners, even replacing the battery. Nothing helped.

The same thing is happening to ours.

Same here.  We have two, but one of them throws unnecessary cliff sensor errors constantly, at least two in a single cleaning session.  Always in the middle of a room and nowhere near stairs or uneven surfaced
