Please clean the brush roller

I have replaced the brush, the filter, cleaned the tank, and clean the brush roller area and am still getting the error.  Am I missing something?

I am having the same issue.  The slide brush error is driving me crazy. Takes hours to complete 1 room.  At this rate I don’t want the machine and want my money back.
