Won’t empty

Debris, dirt, dog hair getting dragged around and dropped all over home. Doesn’t empty it even after I changed the dust bin, checked for clog, and removed and cleaned under brushes. The photo of device is right after it left the dock to start cleaning.

Might be clogged either in vaccum itself or the base might have a clog try both. We had same issue found the clog.

This happened to me too. I opened and realigned/reseated the rollers and it works perfectly now. I had a dog hair clog and I’m assuming it messed up the alignment?
