Washboard not draining

I have both the x50 and x40 and in the past couple weeks they both have stopped draining the washboard. I've deep cleaned both of them, checked the seals, etc. multiple times and they still won't drain. There's no clogs. It's clearly not a hardware issue, so is there a software issue affecting the drainage system?

Hi there, thank you for sharing the details. In some cases, drainage issues may be related to debris buildup around the washboard filter or the drainage path between the washboard and the dirty water tank. As a first step, please try removing and thoroughly cleaning the washboard filter:

Remove the robot and take out the washboard filter after mop pad cleaning is complete.
Rinse the washboard filter with clean water, wipe it dry, and reinstall it.
Return the robot to the base station using the app or manually place it back.
