Detergent issue

I own a L50 actually. It seems that the vacuum never uses the detergent. The level does not change even though I am mopping once a week. Any ideas why?

I would contact support. My l50 definitely uses the detergent. At cleaning about 800sf of floors three times a week I go through 1 detergent bottle every 2 months
